THE VINTAGE GRAND ROOM
The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Rooftop Patio
A short stroll up the stairs from the Vintage Grand Room leads to the Rooftop Patio, a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air and take in a beautiful sunset. The Rooftop Patio is a relaxing addition for any Grand Room event, and can also be rented standalone for smaller, more intimate gatherings.

The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is a fantastic addition to any event in The Vintage Grand Room. While it’s a great additional space for a bar area or a wedding party, the Clubhouse can also be rented separately for smaller events like showers and holiday parties.

Bride Room
The Bride Room is a private space great for last-minute touchups. An elevator easily accessible from the Bride Room leads to the Vintage Grand Room or Rooftop Patio to make a grand entrance.
